A. AGM NOTICE
Please be advised that Tuesday, April 20, 2021 is the date for the Annual General Meeting of the Bulkley Valley Research Centre society. The agenda and AGM package will be emailed to all BVRC members closer to the date.
A copy of the society’s constitution and bylaws can be found here (under "Governance").
B. INFORMATION ABOUT THE ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Any member of the Bulkley Valley Research Centre who wishes to stand for election to the board must email an expression of interest to info@bvcentre.ca by March 31, 2021. The current Board of Directors may be viewed here.
Voting by proxy is not permitted. A supporting member may vote by its authorized representative.
C. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL INFORMATION
It's time to renew your membership for 2021! The annual membership fee is $50.00 and you may simply renew your membership online. You can also mail your cheque for $50.00 to: Bulkley Valley Research Centre, Box 4274, Smithers, BC V0J 2N0.
