About this seminar:
The Cowan Biography Project has brought 60 years of journals kept by Ian McTaggart Cowan to light. These now transcribed and digitized journals provide windows into pre-industrialized landscapes of British Columbia from the Ootsa, Peace and Kootenay Rivers and Mackenzie Delta to the Rockies and Driftwood Valley. The seminar will provide an overview of the biography, the project and resources made available in collaboration with the University of Victoria Special Collections.
